Job Responsibilities

工作职责

1.Participate in the design and creative concept of graphics and projects.

1.参与完成平面及项目的设计创意。

2.Strong creative and design abilities with attention to detail.

2.具备较强的创意和设计能力，注重细节。

3.Develop conceptual frameworks and guide the design project development process.

3.制定概念框架，指导设计项目开发过程。

4.Interpret project requirements, set goals and artistic direction, and integrate design and business objectives.

4.阐释项目需求，设定目标和艺术方向，综合满足设计与商业目标。

5.Coordinate with product design and marketing teams to meet graphic design needs.

5.与产品设计以及市场团队协调以满足平面设计需求。

6.Efficiently communicate with internal supervisors and external clients to complete design reports.

6.与内部主管和外部客户进行高效沟通，完成设计汇报方案。

7.Assist the design team in creating modifications for exhibition materials, website information, etc.

7.辅助设计团队完成布展资料、网站信息等创作修改。

Job Requirements

职位要求

1.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.

1.具备2年及以上的专业平面设计经验。

2.Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design or a related design field.

2.本科及以上平面设计或相关设计专业背景。

3.Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.

3.具有优秀的时间管理和抗压能力。

4.Good communication skills, self-driven, and strong sense of responsibility.

4.良好的沟通能力，自我驱动和高度的工作责任感。

5.Good work attitude and ability to collaborate within a team.

5.良好的工作态度及团队协作能力。

6.Fluent in both Chinese and English communication, with strong reading and writing skills preferred.

6.流利的中英文沟通能力，读写能力强优先。
